Mark Cassell has represented you as your commissioner since 2006. His experience managing water and sewer systems comes from 33 years at the City of Redmond, from which he retired in 2007. Mark and his family have enjoyed living in Maltby since 1982. He is currently serving as President of the Board of Commissioners.

Chris works in the local biotech industry developing drug manufacturing processes. He holds a BS in Microbiology from the University of Washington and a Master of Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Chris is very interested in water quality and related issues. He represents the district on the Sno-King water district coalition. Chris and his family have lived in the area for nearly twenty years. He also enjoys golfing in his free time.
