Mark Cassell has served as your commissioner for the past two years. His experience includes 33 years with the City of Redmond water and sewer utility, retiring in 2007. Mark and Patti have enjoyed raising their family in the Maltby area for 25 years.

Chris works in the local biotech industry developing drug manufacturing processes. He has a BS in Microbiology from the University of Washington and is studying for a Masters in Biology. Chris is very interested in water quality and related issues. He represents the district on the Sno-King coalition and the Reclaimed Water Use rule committee. Chris has lived in Washington for 15 years and the district for 3 years with his wife and young daughter. He also enjoys golfing in his free time.
