- Updated 05/18/11 12:30 PM Effective May 1, 2011 Cross Valley Water District single family customers who have Silver Lake Sewer included on their utility bill will see a bi-monthly increase. The Silver Lake Sewer bi-monthly rate has increased from $113.14 to $117.20.
