History

Cross Valley Water District was formed in 1989, after being an Association since 1964, providing service to Southern Snohomish County areas.

Coverage

The District’s water service population is approximately 20,000 people served by approximately 7,000 connections. The District’s sewer service is available in parts of the Northern and Southern areas of the District through Interlocal Agreements.

Cross Valley also straddles the Urban Growth Boundary for Snohomish County. Cross Valley is unique in the water provided to our customers. The District has 10 different wells, and purchases water from The City of Everett through the Clearview Water Supply Agency.
