Payment Methods
Online
Pay your bill on our E-Gov website.
This is a one time payment, the system will not save your information. You can pay with a check, debit card, or credit card. You will need to enter the invoice number shown on your statement.

Remember to write your account number on the check. For multiple accounts, indicate on the check each account and corresponding payment amount.

NEW- Check ONLY Payment Drop Box Available
We have installed a payment drop box for checks only located by the front door to help better serve customers. It will be available for payments from 7:30 am until 4 pm during business days. For the safety of your payments it is located inside the gate under video surveillance.
By Phone
Call 360-668-6766 and select option 2 from the menu to be forwarded to our pay by phone service, or dial it directly at 866-585-7861. Follow the voice prompts to enter your payment. You will need to know your account number and payment amount.
The fee for all phone payments is $3.25. Please note, payments made by phone will not be received or credited to your account for 3 to 5 business days.
Auto-Pay
Sign up for Auto-Pay (PDF)
Payments will be drafted from your checking or savings account on the 20th of the odd-numbered months. There is no charge for this payment option.
Debit & Credit Card Fees
There is a $3.25 charge to use a debit or credit card in all methods of payments.
