The District's sign-up period ended November 30, 2021. 

Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, as amended, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. Cross Valley Water District is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services.

We understand that our customers may be facing financial uncertainty and/or may have suffered sudden job loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The District is unable to forgive outstanding balances as that is considered a gift of public funds; however, rest assured that we are following the Governor’s proclamation and are not disconnecting customers due to delinquent accounts, and are suspending late fees through the declared emergency.

What if I am far behind in my bills?

It is recommended, that if possible, customers attempt to make payments - even if it is not the full amount due - to avoid falling significantly behind. If you are unable to pay your bill, please contact us at (360) 668-6766 or email for more information.

When can I sign up?

Upon termination of the Governor’s, Snohomish County’s or local health district’s declaration of emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic event, customers will have a 60-day window to pay the charges on the account or enter into a formal payment plan with the District.

What is the Plan?

The Long Term Payment Plan is for the current account balance up to 12 months. It will not include subsequent billings. The payment plan will be in addition to your current billings. Payments are due on the 10th of the month.
