Preliminary Letter of Availability

Cross Valley will provide you with a preliminary letter of availability. There is a $100.00 charge for the letter payable by check or cash in the District office.

Step One - 

  •  Complete the corresponding Service Inquiry form.

STep Two - 

  • Pay for the Letter

District staff will research the infrastructure to the property and identify the availability and fees. The process takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to complete. 

Why do I need a Letter?

The Letter of Availability is a requirement for a permit from the county. See Snohomish County Planning and Development for more information.
