There is a number of potential reasons that you may be experiencing service interruptions. When in doubt call the office at 360-668-6766; we are here to assist you.
Was a bright blue door tag left, informing you of a day and time that your water would be off? This happens from time to time so repairs can be made.
Is your bill current? If you have 2 outstanding bills on your account, then payment was not received by the end of the month following the due date, and a Service Termination Notice was mailed, along with a $15 fee that was assessed. The letter advised you that the payment was due 10 days from the date on the letter.
If there is phone number on the account, you received a reminder message 2 to 3 days before the final due date.
If the payment was not received by the due date stated on the Service Termination Notice, a $50 Service Termination fee was charged and your account was scheduled for service termination. This fee will be charged even if the water is not terminated.
If water is terminated for delinquency, the full delinquent amount and the $50 Service Termination Fee must be paid before service will be restored. A $35 reactivation fee will be charged when service is restored. This fee will appear on your next bill.
Services will only be reactivated during the business hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Payments need to be received in the office by 3:00 pm to have the service restored the same day. Payments received after 3:00 pm will have the service restored the next business day.

The District annually flushes in the month of May as part of routine maintenance.
